Make sure you have read our FAQs and checked the date and time is currently free on our calendar.

Once your request has been received, we will contact you with a price and further details on how to proceed with your hire. We operate on a first come first served basis so if the date you require is not available we will, wherever possible, try and offer you an alternative date if that is suitable.

Our committee members are all volunteers with busy lives so please do not be concerned if your request is not always answered instantly. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
