Hire Our Hall

Our hall is a great venue for all sorts of events including children’s birthday parties, family celebrations, and charity functions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept teenage parties or wedding receptions due to our rural location and proximity to neighbours.

This page details the hall facilities, lists hire prices, answers FAQs, and displays a calendar to check availability. Click Bookings above to send a booking request.

Calendar

Please check our hall calendar to see if your proposed date looks free before sending a request.

  • Unfortunately, while we try and keep the calendar up to date we cannot guarantee it and your requested date may no longer be available. If this is the case we will offer alternatives.

  • As a volunteer organisation and a registered charity, we reserve the right to accept or decline a booking based on the proposed purpose of the hire.

  • To avoid becoming a nuisance to neighbours, we limit ad hoc hires to 1 per day on weekends (not counting the yoga class 9-10am on Saturdays). This means that if the calendar shows a booking e.g. 12-3pm on a Saturday or Sunday, it will not be possible to make another booking on that day.

  • Please bear in mind that we always allow at least half an hour between hires to allow for setup/clean-up time, i.e. if the previous session ends at 10am, the next booking cannot be earlier than 10:30am.

  • If you want to have a look around the hall before committing, by all means contact us to arrange a viewing prior to booking.

  • For those looking to make a regular weekly booking, please note that we only accept regular hires on weekdays.
